Their story

Désordre is a brunch café at 15 rue Théophile Delbar in Waterloo, in a red-brick house whose terrace spreads out onto the pavement. We are open from the morning until the end of afternoon tea: a lively, simple and carefully kept place where you come to eat well, drink well… and sometimes a little more.

Our cooking follows the seasons. In the morning, sourdough toasts, eggs and pancakes; from 11 am, savoury plates, from our tuna melt to a Spanish tortilla; all day long, croissants, rolls, cakes and cookies from the Maison Ducobu, a renowned pastry maker in Waterloo we work with. In the cup: espresso, flat white, matcha, hojicha, ube, and our iced signatures with cold foam.

Between 11 am and 2 pm, we unplug for real: no laptops, just coffee and conversation. And there is no booking: you just come.

Désordre is also a hybrid space. We regularly host moments of a different kind — creative events, meet-ups, supper clubs, spontaneous projects — always in a warm, curious and open spirit, and we hire out the place for your birthdays, company dinners or product launches.
