Their story

Sacha is an artisan bakery and patisserie on the village square of Ohain, in Lasne, founded in 2021 by two brothers, Sacha and Charlie Delval. In the trade since his teens and trained at the EFP, Sacha worked in renowned houses — Ducobu in Waterloo, Quentin Callier in Uccle — and in shops in Lyon and New York, before coming back to his roots with his elder brother Charlie.

Everything is made and baked on site. The bread is sourdough, from natural flours: spelt baguettes, wholemeal loaves. At the counter, golden brioches, pains au chocolat, cinnamon rolls, cannelés and, since the summer of 2026, savoury pastries. On the patisserie side, classics modernised our way — the Saint-Honoré, the Paris-Brest, the lemon meringue tart — and tarts that follow the fruit of the season.

Our customers came to us almost entirely by word of mouth, under the shop's paper lanterns and its light-blue and cream tiles. In September 2026 we celebrated five years in Lasne; since the end of 2024, a second shop also welcomes you in Rhode-Saint-Genèse, avenue des Cèdres, with the same philosophy: indulgence and good ingredients.
